It's a freebie. It's like complaining that the daily rewards suck. Yeah, they do. But you also did literally nothing and got free stuff. Konami weren't obligated to do that. Think of it like this: A store's handing out free samples of a type of cheese. You take it, but don't like the cheese. Do you really have any right to demand something better instead?
You can't complain what you get in lucky draw (opening packs). But how you feel if your boss giving a huge bonus to a random guy, not because he's excellent or hardworking but rather on a whim; and he proceeds to giving everyone else including you a pair of socks.
