I think this deck is between tier 2 and 3.
Probably a tier 2.5 deck, since many are reaching kog with it atm. There's even one deck listed at kog section.
nah man... I won't consider a deck that has a bunch of heavy backrows a meta deck. it's just pathetic to call it a meta deck when they only rely on backrows.
The definition of meta deck is Most Effective Tactic Available. It doesn't matter if the deck consists only of backrows. If it is one of the most effective deck right now, it IS a meta deck.
