Unhappy girl deck works wonder. Just lock his monsters, use 3 copies of Riryoku field against Order to Charge. 1 Abysall designator against Kuriboh (dark fiend). And that's pretty much it. With the compaign bonus 1000, you can even sacrifice some cards to add more survability. Really hope to get my first Union Attack.
This is the deck I used, but it's not fully optimal since I lack a lot of cards. And just 5k+ dmg, but you should be able to do 9999 with UA. 3 riryoku is a must, since he uses OTC as soon as be gets them and that could be the end of you. So far 3 encounter with Yugi and 3 wins with this deck. 7-8k assesment.
He never used it against me so I can't say. But that's why I have Windstorm of Equata. It nulifies the atk and change their position, then I just have to lock the monsters with Unhappy girl.
