Definitely not. Harpie's support are primarily focused around Xyz monsters. I wouldn't expect them to get any serious support until Zexal world arrives around September of next year.
Yeah, that's weird, there was nothing in your Constellar post that would warrant it being deleted. (I saw it, hence my post starting with "plus", I was adding to your post)
Perhaps an accidental deletion? I don't know how the deletion system in this site works, and they obviously would never reveal it.
