I feel that this skill should have an archetype restriction nerf because I've faced Blackwing Mai decks that can trick 1st turn goers into not setting (due to that skill) and therefore, let Black Whirlwind searches go uninterrupted by backrow removal. Also, other decks can abuse this trick too.

I also feel that Destiny Draw should be limited to Yugi's cards and archetypes(for example Dark Magician, Magnets) because now everyone can abuse it in any deck

You have a point. Destiny Draw users can use Veil or Sphere to control lp loss and activate the skill to get a fixed draw on the next turn.
