If there's a T0, there's nothing that can be called T1. Everything else is tier loser. So no, CA and Ninja are T1. Seriously whats with people associating GB and T1? Its simply not good enough to be T1
GB is not that good to be T1. It can't win against CA and ninja consistently so saying it is T1 is so stupid. Rez is T2 imo. Use it to climb to kog and have a hard time against deck with good backrow like GB/AG if i dont manage to draw anti magic arrow. So that make rez same tier as GB/AG.
