I was about to say no, he's a Warrior monster.

Then I read the card and realized that it's actually a Spell caster, which could be a nice little anti-Shiranui tech card.

yeah, but I was looking for a card that I could put in a random deck to search this specific guy out deck. Like to have only 1 copy of Delg in my deck.

All of the "search" tips given there are for decks specialised in high Spellcasters. Not really what I would call generic actually.
