Agree, you will find all kind of meta decks in Legend rank. The worst thing is you will surely get 3 bad hands and say goodbye to your rank.

-3 just because you go first 3 times with bad hands and your opponent got their best starting hand in turn 2. As simple as that.

Shield
Time for Komoney to introduce a shield to everybody, you can choose to use it when you are about to be demoted. Make it specially for p2w only and that will generate a lot of revenue.

Give this guy a medal. Let people buy shield if they want to keep their current rank without getting promoted/demoted.
