Even if both players have the full exodia at the same time in hand which is nearly impossible it will be just a draw or maybe the turn player wins(don't know how the skills are ruled)
Same with every other win condition, but the Destiny Board Skill is the only other win condition in the game right now, and that cannot happen at the same time as Exodia just because of how the Skill works.
