Bakura having a line for Destiny Board doesn't mean it's ever going to actually appear. Also, Dark Sanctuary is a card, and would (barely) allow it to resolve anyway. ;p
Data mining revealed voice lines for pendulum summons. How do you think they're going to pull THAT off without Master Rules? Heaven forbid they add Vrains content to the game like this...
I'd expect we'd get the Extra Zone mechanics before we get Pendulums. Either way, power creep'll probably make it more acceptable in the likely 2+ years it'd take before we get them. (We're still early into GX, which we got 6 months ago.)
