1. easy strat
it requires you to have at least dimension gate (paradox brothers event, the more the better). summon a monster that has at least an attack of 1600 (i think) then use your dimension gate oh him and let pegasus lose by dead draw. since he also searching many cards from his deck it is one of the better was to do this. watch out tho since he can still recycle his graveyard
2: use "dna surgery" (lvl 40 weevil reward) to change the monster type on the field to dragon. then fusion summon "Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman" (ur from pack crimson kingdom ) to cockblock all of his monsters
