Remove: Riryoku, wild tornado, michizure, half shut and add in 2 champions vigilance and you can mabye reach legend. If i was you i'd scrap the whole deck and make a new one. All cards should have at least some synergy and yours don't.

Basically the point the other duelist and I were making is that while all the cards in your deck are decent/good cards, few of them synergize or work together very well. If you like heretic combo then work on getting more half shut. Also yes cv is godly in blue eyes deck
