yo this guy has a monster that allows you to reduce your LP completely to 0 and still not lose the duel (i don't remember infernity monster)

not really, since Infernity Zero states you can only take damage 3 times before you actually lose the duel.

Not to mention that it only works if lp was dropped to 0 by effect damage
