Set Card List: Ultimate Rising

A worried Newcomer
Hello i`m a newcomer to Duel Links and after playing it for a while i have to admit that in pvp the strongest Decks wich beat me all the time are filled with Ultim8 Rising Cards, i cant help it i would even pay money for this pack but it got removed before i started to play :( I have to quit this game because its turning to another pay to win πŸ”₯ty Heartstone plz fix this or you will lose your community (because Im not the only one ^^)
KennyGump
Don't worry, these packs will be coming back. For now, just try to open new packs which are quite effective if you have 3 copies of them too. Like sergeant electro or birdface etc.

Exactly what I was thinking. I joined a week ago, already at stage 33 but not even PvP is hard, you can't even farm 8k+ points
I cant build synergy with Cerberus not even Relinquished.
It's ridiculous how baaaad other packs are compared to this one.
I'm pissssssed!
Paprika
every deck has a unic combo and no deck is perfect. Try to find your best combination. Week monsters dont necessary mean it cant beat a strong one.
^^
Leart
Paprika, let me guess how many
Ultimate Rising cards you have!
Thex
My current deck that i used to reach plat 3 do not have anycards from ultimate rising even tho i have cards from the pack i rarely use them in PvP. i actually use a single card (hane-hane) but it can easily be replaced if i need to. Overall no being competitive doesnt require anycards from ultimate rising its rather easier to just counter them. Advice ya to try build Last Gamble DesertTwister Deck

@Kennygrump you're the 2nd person I've heard babble about how this pack is going to come back yet I can find no info confirming this, not trying to be rude but just what exactly makes you think pack is coming back?

Yugioh is not a legitimate example for this sadly.
There will always be some sort of meta which will define best combinations

Other than the fact that Konami said that the packs were coming back long ago, they just announced that the packs are coming back

You probably didn't find the info because you didn't look.
yugioh fan

How rude and assumptive of you to say that I didn't look I did indeed look but was obviously looking in the wrong place also as far as I'm concerned using saying "because Konami said so"is a kindergarten response and doesn't really give evidence, is it really that hard to copy and paste a simple hyperlink?not just for my benefit but for anyone else who may be reading this

Not to sound rude but having a link to an article or something would be helpful otherwise it's somewhat doubtful, thankfully however they did announce the re-release of old packs in the game itself which is much more helpful than the rude remark made towards me by anonymous

Crying?no,sensitive? I'm bout as sensitive as the next decent person of which youare not,as for the defensive part it's because I can't stand rude and elitist people such as yourself not everyone knows everything about yugioh (or duel links) go learn a lesson or 2 in manners from 3VX

Pay to win means you buy packs to win. You can't buy those packs at all. That's not pay to win, that's rotation.

Implying I'm a neckbeard instead of giving intelligent answer?sorry sir but judging by your boorish behaviour in your previous comments it is you who lacks the proper social skills, why don't you try a response that doesn't involve some petty πŸ”₯, if that's even possible of course

yu-gi-oh! has always been a pay to win game, it is actually quite simple. How do you get cards but by buying them? Get a job? I take 16 units a semester, work part time at πŸ”₯ing starbucks of all places, pay rent and bills and can still buy packs lmao. ya'll are weak af

You might think this is silly but I prefer to spend money on the actual physical cards themselves,I could spend real money on this game if I wanted to but as stated before I'd rather spend money on buying physical cards that you can actually keep and use outside of this game, however if you want to use real money then that's your choice,I'm not competitive so I don't mind using gems.

Ryu.
Mobile app games are ALWAYS pay to win or have some element of it. Although you don't literally need to directly pay money for these games (pay to win is a figurative term, not literal) or to "win". But if you're looking to progress faster or be competitive, you do need to shell out some $$ in order to do that. DL and yugioh in general is pay to win, if you want to be very competitive.

Such a shame most mobile games are pay to win but I guess that's companies way of increasing profits, myself personally I downloaded this game to experience a more "classic" yugioh and am also more interested in building weird/creative and "fun" decks more so than winning, of course I'm probably going to cop a lot of hate for those reasons, but that's why I play yugioh (including duel links)

Says you keyboard warrior, you didn't even provide a reason for me being a πŸ”₯,although I'm sure any reasons you could come up with would probably be petty and immature
