Those aren't even remotely comparable though? Any monster that can search for a variety of cards just by dying/summoning it is going to be a higher rarity because it'll be relevant for far longer than a beater. Case and point, Brohunder, Blue Dragon Summoner, Sonic Bird, Senju, Machina, Goblin Zombie, this, etc. Vanilla beaters are always bad, while searching cards can become relevant at any time.
Brohunder is a mistake of an UR and you know it. And yes vanilla beaters are bad but you know what? Freakin axe raider is a UR because AT THE TIME 1700 atk was strong
^this. Even more so: axe raider was not really good even from its release. Rex have his dinos at 1900 atk with his field and Mako can have 1800 atk great white with umi. UR beaters are just garbage from the beginning
Plus the effect only activates during damage step so if you tribute or destroy this card on your own the effect will not be activated. Truly R material
