I saw some leaks showing Grass getting limited to 1. I'm not sure if it's accurate or not, but since Grass is far more common on the F2P version and not the 3 Gold Sarc version, I can see Konami doing it.
I've never seen leaks regarding banlist. Where did you find that? I'm not saying it's not possible. I just think that if it happens it's just pure chance.
It was posted on this websites few times, as well as one Reddit and Steam's website. Magician Navigation and Palace of the Elemental Lords were also added to Semi-Limited on the pic. It could be faked, of course, but I wouldn't be surprised it those changes do happen.
I'm not sure Palace of the Elemental Lords will be limited, but Magician navigation won't be limited. The latter is Ultra rare that requires a lot of money to get 3 copies of.
If navigation gets limited people won't spend cash to get 3 copies of it anymore.
