I always made to the final turn but then Temple of The King won't work and I deck out. Why it cannot activates its effect?

I've heard that the effect of the temple of kings doesnt work if you dont have a monster in your main dek or hand

Temple of the King didn't work for me either, I think it was because I activated a trap earlier that turn. Although the trap was one I had set on an earlier turn, so it shouldn't have triggered Temple's effect. I'm guessing it's a bug.

there is a glitch with temple of kings,
if you dont have a monster on your hand or deck, it wont let you activate it (extra deck doesnt count)
