I didn't open gaia genesis pack so I don't have Acid Cloud or Cirrostratus Can I use another cards? maybe another cloudian?

Well, their effects are kinda needed to get rid of threats (scrap scarecrow, Junk Archer,...), your can replace them with other cloudians but you'll need to add something like Anti-Magic Arrows.
