Remember: The monster doesn't have to be normal summoned. You only have to choose one that could get normal summoned. For instance, you can choose a BEWD that has been special summoned.
LoL. Every whale says "it's impossible for Konami to errata broken cards like Levianeer to balance the game". Then Konami erratas Brain control and those same whale say "It's only a SR? Not an UR? Nah, normal, no problem. Konami is free to errata it."

Levianeer isn't splashable and can't be used to replace deck specific cards in every archetype to let people save gems.
It's very fine for Levianeer to make you win just by drawing it. No need to fix.
Complain to your mommy instead if you still don't have the money to get 3 Levianeer.
There is enough staples already in this game. I'm happy Konami decided to errata brain control.
It's very unfair that Shiranui players get to splash their core staple trap cards in most decks that exist in this game without having to spend more gems. Then archetype specific good cards that I own can't let me save gems by splashing them.
This is unfair!
