.....how the hell you can limit a card to 3 copies only, when 3 copies is the max you can play anyway

Card limits

At the person above who said "how the hell etc".
SEMI limit 3 could man sense.

If card A and B are both semilimited at 3, you could have in the same deck
card A x2 and card B x1 or the other way around (together 3) in the same deck.

Semi limited at 2 would mean
card A x1 and B x1 or
card A x2 and B x0 or
card A x0 and B x 2.
Together 2 in the same deck.

That is how semi limited works.

Let's say Pulse Mines is at Semi-3.

What's the point when:
1. That's the only card Geargia deck runs that gets Semi-3'd
2. You still can only play 3 copies max anyway

so it's not like anything changes

The entire point, regardless of how limiting works in DL as opposed to in real life, was to prevent players from running 3 copies of the limited card.
