It's viable, but it'll cost a lot of gems to get 3 Main Box URs and 3 Mini Box SRs. Shiranui only takes 3 Mini Box SRs and is better, so I'd recommend going with it instead.
It's been META during 6 months, I think you arrived a bit late...
It's quite expensive, you need Banishment x3 and Ixchel x3, most of people built it with GEMS, but you need some months to get above 16-18k gems which is the average cost of the deck.
