Drop rate is actually good, I already got everything and it's only the 3rd day after the event started.. it just happens this game is not for mentally challenged people.
It's a long event, and the more you progress in it, the more likely you are to come across the higher-level decks that give greater rewards. The odds are pretty good that if you keep playing (and actually deal damage), you'll get everything eventually.
