It's in the shop now, money only. Unless they are letting the whales get first dibs before they release it to everyone else, it's only available for money. Either that, or my game is only loading the pay with cash option for now.
Thanks. Is this their weird way of trying to make it not too powerful by hoping that there will be less complaints if less people have them due to f2p? This is really disturbing in a way.
