with 9k gems you had ..when you accidentally accept 500 gems, and it will reach 9999+ gems ..when you buy card pack .lets say 500gems tag ..will your 9999+ becomes 9499 gems or not?

If you are 499 gems under the limit and receive 500 gems, they are sent to your gift box. You will not receive X amount of gems unless you have at least X amount under the limit. Even if you have 9998 gems receive 3 gems from the fountain, they will be sent to the box and your total will remain 9998. You can't spend gems from your gift box until you claim them.
