Add more cards to the level reward list instead of keeping all good cards as SR/UR LD drops like with Pegasus, because right now the level-up rewards are 95% pure useless garbage.

If we will get those çards that easily then the fun will be gone. The satisfaction u get when u get URs and SRs after that much grinding will be gone

I kinda agree, I really enjoy the sense of accomplishment but still, the drop rates are just way too far off and after a while the excitement will just be replaced with pure frustration. I don't mean that you get all cards just by leveling your duelist up but what I mean is that in order to promote some variety in this Beatdown-meta is to increase the accessibility to new good cards.
