While this deck isn't as OP as people act (it's no worse that invoke or black wing) your statement is profoundly dumb. This deck, well built, in the hands of someone remotely intelligent, basically never "bricks".
Bricking is a thing Tier 3 decks like Ancient Gear and Blue-Eyes do. When you have no actual move for 2~3 + turns and lose without doing much more then setting cards.
Invoker and Blackwing, six sams and blue eyes and necrovalley and vampires and .... are way better than darklords, I do not see them as threat to my plays, but I respect your opinion good man
vampires, blue eyes, and necrovalley decks aren't anywhere near the other decks listed. I mean, you can think that all you want... but I have a full blue eyes deck, and a full dark lord deck, and the blue-eyes deck loses WAY more often. Sure, if the deck GOES OFF, it's really good. But it rarely does. The other two decks just lack the power to compete with constant 2500+ beater swarm of our meta
Invoke / Black Wing / Dark Lords are all pretty even at Tier 1. None has a clear advantage over the others. Only difference is Darklords are WAY cheaper than the other two. So yeah, you're going to see more Darklords, both the good and the bad players!
Darklords aren't cheaper. You have to go through both a mini box and main box 3 times to fully optimize your Darklord deck as opposed to clearing 1 (one) main box 3 times for Invoked.
Cards like Concentrating Current, Black Rose Dragon, and Flip Flop Frog are tech options for Invoked.
Dude, that's pretty wrong. That's only correct from the perspective of someone who has huge back catalog of UR staples. Darklords can run with 1~2 staple URs, invoker requires 5~6 staple URs to run. Even if you use two UR dream tickets, you still have to buy our two main boxes three times to make invokers. Where as one main and one mini box combined with 1~2 UR dream tickets will make Darklords.
Since I won lots of games against darklords with vamps and blue eyes, I added them into my list. However, I guess the best way is to try them and play against others, then a complete judgement can be done
darklords actually require a fair amount of skill to play well, despite what people seem to think. If the deck is built wrong, or you search the wrong things, you will stall yourself
Also, I've lost entire duels to hitting the wrong backrow, the deck CAN be fragile if disrupted. But, the win ratio is what makes it tier 1! I also have a full blue eyes deck and it loses a lot more on average!
