It's ridiculously bugged or has a incorrect description. I couldn't play Spellbook of Fate at all after my opponent activated this and it has nothing to do with special summoning.
The only reason I can see Mask Change not working as the effect of Anni activates after the destroyed monster hits the grave, And sealed tombs stops anything graveyard related happening, So no mask change
The skill is written incorrectly on here. It actually stops special summons from grave of both players and also stops both players from banishing from grave too. Hence no Fate. Also, if the monster Anki kills doesn't go to grave, you don't get the search. So if you killed a special summoned Retainer/Familiar, it would get banished due to its effect - thus never hitting the grave, to trigger Anki.
