This card is good but not OP of course. It do have requirement like have a face-up monster on your side of field to activate this card, not like you can just activate it and destroy your opponent monster.
i wouldnt say "weaker version of sakuretsu" as this card also prevent EVERY other monster your opponent has that has the same attribute as the first monster from attacking your monster
not to mention most archetype has the same attribute
It doesn't change the fact that this card is one of the most simplest, unintelligent, skill-less cards designed by a 5 year old. No blowback, no real way to avoid it, at least with Wall of Disruption, you can beat it if you get your monster to above 900 ATK.
