I can confirm, dueled him 3 times since the event began. Terrible spawn rates!

Bakura or Yugi or Mokuba, they're all the same. Spawn rates are bad. Not just that, the horrendous drop rewards stay horrendous at some point.

For me this is the worst,bakura at least appear twice per day. And now i haven't seen mokuba again since 6 hours ago
