Hey guys, after i lost a ranked duel, right after they updated the ranked duels rules or something like that, i was downgraded to silver 1 from golden 1, and my victories seem to be 0( i had some 69 victories), anyone else have this issue and how you fix it, i already send an email to konami regarding this, please if you know why this happen help me, it was right after spending thousands of gems for obtain the ...king white night dragons from the new minibox just because i like it, please help
Every time season ends, the rank resets or downgrades one-grade tier, which means Legend 5 becomes Plat 5, Gold 1 becomes Silver 1, and so on. Also, it's obvious your win counts will reset as well, down to zero.
