Very unlikely, considering this card is his most powerful ace. We're more likely to get THE WORLD first.

You're kind of right. I'd expect the next event to feature it in his Deck, and us to get the Ruler of Light/Dark skill. But not as an actual drop.

He's already at the Gate and we don't even have The World yet. I think we won't have this card for a very long time.

yea, apparently even The World is considered more OP than this card.

Which is kinda true, if someone finds a way to abuse The World, your opponent has no next turn.
