It doesn't need a nerf. You need a strong backrow for this deck to even be effective. Perhaps you should stop crying and maybe make a good meta deck of your own?
This deck is shut down by Phoneix, sometimes AG running Electros, and has a hard time against Temple of the Minds Eye. Stop complaing and get good.
