Anything that's related with gun is changed. I think Varis is nice too... But for those who only watch jap dub is obviously one and only Sailor Moon... Ah sorry wrong show... Ahem Revolver ^^
4kids hasn't been around since 2012. Last time they dubbed something was early in the Zexal dub. Censorships still exist though cause that's what its like for kid-targeted tv and products in the US.
Unfortunately, they are still around. Even though 4Kids disbanded, it's remnants created 4Kid Entertainment Inc. They are still the ones dubbing the YGO animes. Censorship isn't nearly as bad as it was before in the 90s, but it's still there.
