Hmmm... I bet it's gonna be really tiered just because some people are saying it is not. Most of commenters in GameA are always mistaken, that's what I really dislike about this website
LOL I remember when they said revolution beginning was not a good box and Kaboom! Koa'ki Meiru became tier 1 LOL, then they said the last box was Meh and there you go: Prinzessin became a totally meta card that can counter Ancient Gears decently

I think they are comparing with the current meta. A Silent deck can be good on rookie tournaments or gold and below but it's weak against the actual meta. Silent monsters can beat the actual meta, I recognize that, but normally that's happen 1 or 2 times every 15 duels.
I play lvl 3 in my deck because you you summound it straight to the field then use lvl up for a lvl 5 or just to put SS. Lvl mod is a must have card using any lvl deck as well.
