This is would be a nerf.

Adding 1 or 2 Shinings in your deck increase the brick consistency.

I don't know. I wouldn't say special summoning Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon from the deck would be considered that hard to play against.

Anyone else believes this would make BE tier 0-1? Personally I think not even tier 2 due to additional brick.

Shining does need more love, but making this card summon Shining is not one of them, since it would drag this card's goodness down as well.

What should have been done with Shining:
1. Make it require tributing a BEWD instead of BESD, and make the summoning condition optional like Cyber Dragon instead of a "must be"
2. Make it immune to targeting effect
3. Make it gains 500 ATK per dragon, not 300

I admit that 300 per dragon is low. Most other cards are 500-1000 per something.

Instead of continuously releasing new cards they could actually remade some iconic cards in duel links to become playable. Personally I hate seeing old legendary card being replaced instead of making some support for them. Look neo be ultimate dragon, neo be shinning dragon etc. A good support example were the chibi black luster knight, silent swordsman/magician support etc.
