Unbelievable! I filled the recovery form a few days ago and Konami answered that no recovery will occur from now due to the mass of requests they have received! I want my money back you mo*******ers!!
I just cant stand Konami anymore! They are playing with us promising that the recovery MAY happen after 2, 3 months or even 1 year. What kind of costumer service is this? No one ever has got their account recovered!
I'm not trying to be offensive or oppose to what you are saying. I just want some evidence that they are actually doing this. I'm in the process right now and they have said no such thing(s) to me.
I've send them my whole history of purchases I've bought an even the last date I played my old account an even gave them my Correct ID from the old account to even telling them my lvl of mission which it was at 55 an rank gold on pvp battles an even the last character I was playin with an they are havin a hard time finding or helping recover my old account it's been 3weeks since I've playedthegame
An this is ridiculous how they still cant help me out ..ugh an my previous save game on konami got overwritten with my new ID account that it doesn't help at our all..I've complete I'm out off options..
