Which does not make any sense. Hazy cards specifically state not affected by card effects. this is a card, and an effect. yet it can still use it on hazy.

Hazy monsters are not affected by card effects THAT TARGETS THEM.

Card effects that do not directly target them, still affect Hazy monsters ;)

Please read your hazy cards.

Hazy cards cant be targeted.

There are cards that work on them that do not target.

Widespread ruin.
Wall of disruption.
Mirror wall.
SRH.
Spellbook of fate.

Maybe a few more.

Its good that not everything targets.

Otherwise cards like hazy (and similar cards) would be godlike if nothing could affect them at all except destroy by battle.

That would mean that you would insta lose if they boost their att with f.e. beast rising trap.
