You can know just by reading the mechanic. Not every time you have to try something first to be able to determine if it's bad or not.

Heck, the anime's plot is literally that the protagonist is too dumb to play Master Duel, so he invented his own severely dumbed down game.

Most if not all characters have summoning lines up to Link Summon, actually.

Everyone has lines for Link Summoning because DL was originally supposed to be a 3DS game. They've already had every voice line recorded before the game came out.
