I don't think so, since the kuriboh has a generic effect and does not technically target anything, just like how Mirror Wall functions against Tyrant Dragon.
Relinquished seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth tho. Noone uses him anymore. To expensive and to many counters. My personal favorite are possessed dark soul and divine wrath.
