They are not so bad. Psychic Shockwave is very good(or it potentially become very good later (Jinzo at least)). Also the same with the Axon Kicker. It helps building up for bigger tributes, an it will become amazing whenever shynros are added. Pulse Mines and That Scarp Recycler can be good supports for machine too.
Pulse Mines is garbage. A card that only works in a weak or non-existing archetype that happens to be an inferior Windstorm (cause you don't get the chance to change weaklings to attack mode and you must control a face up Machine). I really hope these are not the actual rewards cause I'd just Cyber 🔥 this guy to death.
1. You can have only 1 Windstorm.
2. Windstorm is only worthy to use in battle phase, so it is almost useless aganist Ancient gears. Also easy to negate with trap jammer(also anti magic arrows exist). Pulse Mines are much more reliable if you play machine decks.
3.Pulse Mines is also good aganist Phoenix and stops De-Fusion OTK, while windstorm is almost useless aganist then.

thats not exactly correct wind storm can be used against ancient gears if you trigger it when they switch to battle phase you just cant use it when they attack. so again as long as you use windstorm when they change to battle phase they will have to end their turn
It seems like the leak might be incomplete if we are getting Psychic Shockwave, they'll probably add the data for Jinzo right when they update for the event
