At this point i wonder why the limited / semi limited list exists if its to let wild vampire / spellbook archetype that are over dominant but could be on others piedestal if some of their core card were on the list. Konami should allow a player vote of cards to limit/semi limit for the season of kog instead of forcing their bias to the community.
My thoughts would be, an amount of cards on permanant limited/semi limited like it is right now + a vote of all kog players for limiting 1 card and semi-limiting 4 others. This is not an outrageous ban system, and would allow to see much change between seasons.
I think konami wont listen to players, so i think the best option is change the amount of cards (you can play one copy of any limited and two copies of any semi; the same TCG banlist rules)
Like I said "Kog" players. To earn a vote you would need that much. And am pretty sure many kog players have these staples cards. And yes, wouldn't it be funnier to see these limited? They would have to rely on other strategy and deck building. Every month I could simply play my same hero deck and kog everytime, but that's just boring.
vote wont fix this problem. if everyone votes, then the big communities like duellinksmeta or twitch-streams will take advantage and their votes will be of benefit to them. konami must be an impartial judge, but if vote is real, it can make alliance with that communities:imagine spending gems for new cards every month, because the old staples were limited in voting and only pay-decks exist.
Konami is far from being a fair judge. All the limit list cards are free to get, i wish they had the balls to limit some of their ur/sr cards from main boxes too, even if the community rages.
Who ever runs TTH in multiple amount, you will have 2 at max before the semi limit (at least vampire can't run tth, trunade and econ at the same time). As for the limit on mini box, that's my point "free to get". Anyone can get 3 copies of a sr/ur from mini boxes, and even main box with some time. They will be disapointed if their deck gets nerfed, but at least game will be balanced.
