I was wondering, since this monster doesn't have the "cannot be special summon except by ritual summon etc..." condition type, does this mean we can special summon this guy with any warrior special summon cards (like valkyrian knight for instance) ?

No. But you can Special Summon it from the GY / banished zone if it was properly Ritual Summoned first.

All Ritual monsters must be special summoned via Ritual Summon first.

The text on BLS in DL is a much older, pre-PSCT text.

Since Black Luster Solider is still a non-effect monster, it can still be useful for a Cosmo Brain I guess. For those who don't have the money to afford a BLS archetype.

Anyone knows any good ways to use this card in decks not focused on BLS ?

There is a voice that tells me to find a use for this guy XD

When a card is returned to the hand or deck I think the fact "it has already been properly summoned as required" is negated.

If this wasn't the case You could do some crazy combo with boss monsters from deck/extra deck/hand
