It's not difficult to Summon, so I could see it being worth it here. Guiding Light or Kinka-Byo sets it up with a Majestic Dragon in Grave, and we already have Guiding Light here.
It's not just the summon. This card only stays on the field for 1 turn. You spent all that effort, but if you don't win the duel on the same turn, it's pointless.
If you can bring this card out you are pretty much in a winning state already. You have to be absolutely awful at the game for not winning after you brought this overkill card out. Also you can EASILY negate that effect of it returning with forbidden card.

See? That's the problem with this card. You have to build a very bad and inconsistent deck to summon this card. It's not worth it.
