Maybe a bit too late, but if you're talking about Ultimate Nightmare, then Yubel it should destroy Nerokius, but I'm not sure.
The effect of Ultimate Nightmare is activated at the end of damage step. Also Ultimate Nightmare destroys by effect and not by battle
