A New Year's Resolution does not equate to something like a wish-list. Rather, it is a list of things that has an insignia of discipline of which you have sworn to commit into for the incoming year ahead. I insist then, that for your resolution, regularly go to school so you can find a job in the future and be able to buy GB deck. No assurance though that it will still be meta after 2-3 years :p

I would be impressed if you didn't use econs or flood, any regular deck with little skill can reach with patience, and... Bestiari needs to be limited, like were on TCG.
