You can get it from Card trader and SR ticket GX release. I start playing when steam release DL and I got 2 copy so no need to be salty bro.

Im pretty sure I get it from card trader AND SR for GX. I play when steam release. Otherwise noway I got 2 of them. Where you think it could come from ?

You can't get it from the card trader.
There once was a special case in which you could get it with the SR ticket. But right now there is no chance to get an union attack
