necrovally is worse. the graveyard negation backfires on the mandatory effect allowing for a large beatstick unaffected by card effects

Incarnate goes through Necrovalley, actually. It's unaffected by Necrovalley's effect.

Incarnate might be unaffected by necrovalley effect but the pieces in gy are...

And in Yugioh, usually "cannot" trumps "can", so if Necrovalley is on the field, the pieces most likely won't move to your hand.
