What is forbidden/limited card?

Forbidden cards are essentially "banned" cards, while limited simply means that you can only put 1 in a deck, semi-limited is up to two in your deck only. Some cards in the OCG/TCG are either forbidden, or limited, and this is due to their ability to create an unbalanced experience for the game.

Ruling

Unlike in the TCG/OCG where you can have multiple limited cards with different names in your deck, in Duel Links you can only have a total of 1 limited card in your deck. For example you have limited card A and limited card B, and you already put 1 card A in your deck, you cannot add card B to your deck even if they are not cards of the same name.
This rule is also true for semi-limited cards in which you can only have a total of 2 semi-limited cards in your deck.

Found a few in platinum, blue-eyes, cosmo brain, dragon spirit & azure are all in top 50 most used monster now. It is much more popular than some top tier decks.

If anything, Konami will probably hit Geartown because hitting Reactor is useless, no one with an actual brain runs 3 Reactor unless you want to brick heavily, especially when Geartown can SS Reactor from deck OR GY.

the next ban list is going to come out in probably 3-5 months and until then konami will maybe release new strong cards. i play AG and i always play 3 reactor because of crowlers skill middle of age so i can normal summon reactor but you are true if my opponent destroy middle of age its sometime a brick

Still too scared to hit certain cards then Konami? You even state the reason for hitting some cards is because it prevents the game getting stale. Well I and many others are fed up always seeing Canadia. Or Mask Change OTK. Or AG Reactor Dragon into Reactor Dragon. Yet your gonna let those pass with no issues and this is why the game will slowly become stale because your too pathetic and chicken to actually deal with problematic cards

There's an indication that we will get the leaked "Limited 3" - the latest banlist announcement also announced that the terminology for "Limited" and "Semi-Limited" are changed to "Limited 1" and "Limited 2".

Who knows, maybe the cards you mentioned are going to be "Limited 3".

Because you’re arguing they ban the UR, which would make them money to just plain R cards. You need to invest money to get 3x Reactor Dragon and Geartown. They will hit Dinos before AG because it’s F2P

Did you forget about Vyon and Celestial? You can only get 1 Vyon and 2 Celestial by gems. You have to spend money to get more copies. But Konami still hit them. So I won't be surprised if Konami hit Geartown or Fortress. Reactor Dragon is possibly safe from the banlist just like Anki

Dude they would have hit the hero deck if it was needed. IDK if you use duel links meta but heroes were taken off of the tier list - I think that is pretty good justification they do not need to be hit. They are already struggling

Thing is Anki isn't that problematic. If you have the right back row it is pretty easy to take down Anki.
Anki getting limited to 1 would be the best solution but no Extra Deck Monster has ever been hit by the list since getting some of them out require time.

Anki may get nerved in the future but I wouldn't even use Anki when Survival's End is around along with Nepthys ritual.

If you are whining about the actual Anki deck, remember that they got a big hit with the limit on Vyon (& Celestial semi-limitation) which greatly reduced the playstyle of the deck.

Right now, the only way to play an Anki deck is to draw a couple of Mask Changes ASAP, get rid of the opponents backrow, and then summon your Ankis safely to beat him if you can.

1. I expected a hit on Maximus due to his effect and how easy is to summon it right now, but I thought that the card Konami would semi-limit in the Koaki Meiru department would be the Diamond Core.

2. Finally Zombie decks get a hit!!

3. Spellbook decks receive a big hit with the limitation of Spellbook of Eternity.
