Battling lower level legendary duelists?

If I only want Rex's R cards for example, should I duel his level 10 deck for the best chance of getting them (chance/gate keys)? Do we know the difference in drop percent between the levels?

no duel lv 40, i tried this already the drop rates for his dinos at lv 10 are lower compared to 40

Best chance is probably the lvl 40 versions since the R are considered the common drops, might not exactly be the best chance/gate keys ratio and no reliable source of percentage chance to get the cards but the lvl 30/40s are always the more recommended with the points farming deck, best case scenario you will get SR/UR to sell if you don't want them.
