no, 40 is way better chance to get UR/SR

From what I've seen, you have more chance to get a SR when you lose a duel vs a lvl 40 and get just 1 reward, than when you win 2 farms against a lvl 30 and get 16 rewards.

But the farming of some 30 is much more consistently, like Kaiba or Keith. Unless you have a very good & consistent deck to farm 40, else choose 30 for those LDs, cuz losing more keys doesn't help you anywhere at all
I realized that Kaiba 40 is much harder to farm, so I farmed 30, got 4 Econ & 2 Champion vigilance so far. It's up to you though
